Occupational health & safety
Identify risks, adopt safe practices, use protective equipment correctly and strengthen team awareness in welding, cutting, assembly and on-site work.

Safety, people, the environment and continuous improvement are part of how SOLDEMOS aims to execute every project and grow sustainably.
For SOLDEMOS, responsibility is not separate from operations. It is present in protecting people, selecting and using materials, managing production offcuts, respecting professional relationships and continuously improving the consistency of our processes.
Identify risks, adopt safe practices, use protective equipment correctly and strengthen team awareness in welding, cutting, assembly and on-site work.
Reduce waste whenever technically possible, organise offcuts and residues, and seek new uses for materials that can still create value.
Value employees, support learning and skills development, and build relationships based on respect, trust and positive impact with clients, partners and communities.
Strengthen processes, records, controls and continuous improvement with reference to good practices and applicable requirements of internationally recognised management systems.

Part of the material left over from our creations can return to the creative process. Whenever the material condition and intended use allow it, metal components are separated, rethought and transformed into art pieces, decorative objects, furniture or new functional items.
Identify offcuts and components that remain suitable for responsible reuse.
Find a new function, form or combination for the material available.
Apply welding, finishing and creativity to turn surplus material into a new valuable piece.
SOLDEMOS aims to progressively strengthen its management with reference to principles and requirements of ISO standards relevant to its activities. The goal is to evolve process standardisation, environmental management and occupational safety in a practical, documented and measurable way.
